The seniors at Peru Jr/Sr High School are having a final art show. The art show is for senior who were in art to show off their art pieces that were good enough to be in the show. The seniors were also able to show off all their awards or any activities from any point in their life. There were 7 seniors in the show this year.
A senior in the art show Aidyn Mathis said,” I always liked doing art, Applegate has pushed me to be a better artist. That is why I plan to go to IUK for an art education.” Applegate the art teacher here at Peru Jr/Sr High School said” I’m proud of all my students they have worked hard, and it paid off for them.”
If you missed the art show, they are holding another one April 27 during both high school lunches. Go in and look around at what the students have done and support them!
